Pizza Hut - Steinbach

Service was friendly and prompt, food arrived fairly quickly. Salad was fresh but only so-so quality due to over indulgence of lettuce and little of other ingredients. Good amt of olives however !! Pizza was tasty but wasn't bursting with variety of topping and flavour. Overall a decent but not spectacular pizza place.

Restaurant could use update . Has very little curb appeal. Food is good. Buffet always not enough food on it at peak times. Generally nice friendly staff with a few exceptions. Not much variety on menu.

Have tried this place just a couple times over the last years and always the same. I don't know who runs this place but they have no clue what customer service is. How they are still in bus unless is a surprise. If you order ahead and take out its ok the pizza isn't bad. If you sit down just forget it. The last time we went in there to sit, there was almost no one in the place but we stood and waited and waited. Servers would look at us but not even a hint of recognition we were there. After standing there for 5 or 10 minutes I told the family we're leaving and walked over to DQ 60 ft away.

If you go for the buffet this is a cheap place to eat. I have taken our kids here a few times and they love it. Decor is older and cheap but the food is always good for a buffet.

In the past my Pizza Hut experience was never spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the adventure that awaited my wife and I as we went on a pizza and movie double date. The food was nothing short of exquisite, and the service as splendid, just the right amount of sass mixed with well mannered humour. The pizza was no longer greasy and did not leave my stomach in a tumultuous state, rather it was not only delightful but left my stomach in a happy state of bliss allowing my wife and I to cuddle as we watch the movie at the theatre. I will be back. Well done Pizza Hut, well done.
