KFC - Steinbach

We have eaten here a number of times, and have always had hot fresh food. We did ask to have fresh chicken made when we seen how much they made a head of time during a busy day. The we're happy to make our order fresh. The staff are friendly too

We've picked up buckets of chickens here many times, and have always received hot, and fresh orders. Place is always busy, which is a good sign, that they do a good job. Convenient location right off the highway, makes it an easy stop.

Picked up a bucket special on a whim. Service was fast, my order was assembled perfectly, and the food was fresh and tasty. Everybody loved it. The only thing is they didn't ask me if I wanted original or crispy. I thought of it after I left. I wanted to try crispy, but they just gave me original by default. It was still great though.

It is what it is, fast food chicken that is overpriced with a strong reliance on brand recognition vs. quality food at reasonable prices. The staff look and behave as if they would rather be anywhere else.

I am disappointed in a chain restaurant not being more on top of their franchises. This restaurant definitely needs an overhaul. It's untidy and not appetizing. Usually spills, dirty tables and sloppy appearance.
