This is a great franchise and I'm glad they have opened in Steinbach. This location might just be going through some opening issues, but they seem to struggle with processing orders and keeping up with demand at the moment. The product is great. Alot of issues with the mobile order system and the staff comprehensive. Will have to revisit and see how they improve.UPDATE: Oct 2018 Food is good, service is slow and customer service is a miss still.UPDATE: June 2018 Consistency with service and product still an issue. When the order is correct, it good food. Staff no paying attention to online order that come in and the details in those orders are usually not followed.

Service was amazing, first time trying freshii and loved the food.
How fresh is Freshii ? I've heard it's not fresh nor worth the price or money I think I might go to the store and save my money and buy the same ingredients here unless they prove me other wise .
