Rich's Famous Burgers - Steelville

This is a fantastic place to dine! My family and I were staying nearby for a weekend camping trip and decided to celebrate my husband's birthday with a dinner at this restaurant. The waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food arrived hot and was delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I ordered the all-you-can-eat catfish with hushpuppies and coleslaw. I also added a side of onion rings. The food was delicious and the portion size of the fish exceeded my expectations for an all-you-can-eat option. I was disappointed by the delivery, as the onion ring order was left out. It seemed to have been prepared but not placed in the bag. Additionally, I received only one serving of coleslaw instead of the expected two. However, these were minor issues as the fish was the main attraction and it was really good.

I arrived at 4:15 and the restaurant was somewhat crowded. It took a while to place our order. The issue I encountered was that after waiting for a shorter time, another table placed their order before us and the staff apologized to them for an extended period. Despite waiting much longer, no one came to confirm our order. It felt like we were being ignored. The service was average and the food was nothing extraordinary considering the long wait.

The burgers secret is the meat. Super flavorful! The rest of the menu is extensive and everything is tasty! Worth the stop. I will be back!

Was at the St.James store 4-15. Not very good. Kitchen was very slow. There was a table that came in after we had ordered was waiting for there food and the manger went over and apologized for their long wait. He never came over to talk to us. It was like we were inviable to him. We had been waiting much longer. Food finally came out as not worth the wait.
