Subway Sandwiches Salads - Cuba

I always loved going here. I never had a bad experience, and the staff is always so nice.

Cuba, MO subway has horribly rude and incompetent staff. Used mobile app to order a subway club (which is turkey, ham and roast beef), even paid extra for double meat and all I got was a regular serving of turkey. Called to complain and the male kid whoanswered the phone was impolite to put it nicely. He said I had to bring the receipt and sandwich back in to prove they screwedup and I wasn't just trying to get free food. When I said I couldn't because I didn't have a car, he said too bad then. Nothingthey could do. No apologies or anything- just rude and incompetent. I'm deleting the app and will definitely not be returning.If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a great meal there was very happy with everything good job

Ordered from the mobile app. Didn't even have a personal pizza made even though it was on the order and didn't bother to follow any of the instructions for the sandwich. I asked for less banana peppers and less onion with extra ranch. I had to pull onionsand banana peppers off and there was no ranch at all.
