Chipotle Mexican Grill - Staten Island

My meal to go everything properly prepared, and my burrito was massive! that will be my way to chipotle. a little hard to find hylan, as the sign is far behind the tor to enter, but the confusion is worth it!

Good prepped on time. This has been a change from my past experiences where the food was never ready for pickup. Can get a bit busy at times where we are left standing there waiting for someone to ask about our pickup order. Overall satisfied.

This chipotle is the best, let me explain why. They are attentive and their customer service is exceptional whether I am picking up an order or ordering through Uber Eats. I really appreciate the staff for their hard work, and I would choose to come here over any other location on the island. Thank you, and my son wants to say thank you for the extra salsa (he is a picky eater at 9 years old).

Great food, and I haven't had to wait any of the times I've been here. I would eat here more often if prices weren't so high.

I have visited this restaurant a few times after leaving the gym. Each time, I ordered a bowl with chips and queso. Unfortunately, they always forget the queso, and when I remind them, they charge me for the chips. There have been occasions where I noticed and went back to the counter, but the first time everything was already in the bag. The last time I went, the chips were soggy and tasteless, making them impossible to eat. Additionally, the dish was bland, small, and cold. I even decided to get a beer, but it was flat and unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I was initially excited about the option of eating here after the gym, but I will not be returning.
