Dechant's - Starnberg

The first time in the 10-year history of the SEAFOOD STAR, the DECHANT in Starnberg was awarded for the second time as the best fish shop AND fish restaurant in Germany.

We always go with the whole family. The food is really very tasty and the service staff is always superb unfortunately no more

If you want something really good, you go to the dechant! It's a little expensive, but you get what the heart desires, from the oyster to the zander and for a little bite to eat right away.

A lot of delicious, fresh fish. Better a little more expensive and great goods and quality. In between, you should simply be able to gleam. Another small rustic shop that remembers a land store. Here you know the customers by name!

We were at the Do at 6:30 in the Dechant. We had a table in the garden. The tables were nicely decorated and the small garden under a awning looks cozy and welcoming.We were welcomed very politely and the map was brought to us immediately. The menu is balanced and there is a fish-cut wine card. We chose Renke with Pfifferlingen and Bratkartoffeln. The dish was served in a reasonable time as well as drinks. The fish was just as good as the roast potatoes and pawlings. The portions are sufficient and well-balanced. Inside the restaurant looks small, rustic and cozy. The restaurant and the toilets are very clean and lovingly furnished. We'll be back.
