Great food, friendly staff. Eat lunch here every time I come to visit from Florida. This is the first time we have breakfast... Yummy

Cheerful, friendly staff, great food at a really reasonable price. It's not on the menu, but they will make a chilly and cheese omlette that is fantastic. Asked for crispy bacon and it was Perfect! Will definitely go again the next time we're in the area.

We visited Luray for our honeymoon and received a recommendation for Hawksbill Diner from the concierge at our hotel. This place was absolutely perfect. Debbie was a delight, and the entire staff was incredibly courteous. The food exceeded all expectations for a classic diner. You can truly feel that love is the main ingredient in everything they serve. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Hawksbill Diner and ask for Debbie. You could literally close your eyes and point to any item on the menu and you would love it!

We arrived a bit too early for lunch, so we opted for a standard breakfast. It was enjoyable—nothing out of the ordinary, but it was breakfast after all, and most places do breakfast well. The lunch menu seemed more appealing. Interestingly, they don't serve butter, though I’m not sure why. The atmosphere felt very local, and the staff was quite friendly.
