All we have heard from this place.best chicken, homemade cakes..yadda yadda yadda... it was DIRTY.. sticky table... flooring not blurred). the chicken was dry and far over fried and the tort was actually badly gone...we got the coconut... $45 for the worst meal we had in the tub... maybe it was good at a time but not anymore...

We had lunch at this restaurant today in New Market Virginia and the food was fantastic and the customer service was great. The prices for food was affordable and plan on going back again if I have the chance.

The peanut soup!!!! Excellent. A must if you go. The fries are super crispy, and the homemade meringue pies are incredible. We had to try two- lemon and coconut, both so delish! A huge layer of meringue, I wish we would have taken a slice to go home. Friendly staff, real diner atomsphere, and go for a walk down Main Street- some very cool little shops to see. We will definitely go back to try the fried green beans, granola pudding, and the malts!
