Waldbaden - St Vith

My friends and I visited this restaurant last Saturday for a unique event called Blind Dinner Night. Everyone participating wore blindfolds to taste the food, creating a special way to interact with our meal. The meal was all vegan and the chef even asked about any allergies beforehand, which was very thoughtful. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was delicious. We dined at this restaurant during the Christmas season. They offered a holiday menu with a selection of vegan dishes. They also provided milk for coffee. The staff was friendly, and the interior was cozy and well-maintained.

We can't wait to return to this restaurant. The decor is impressive and sets high expectations for the food, which did not disappoint. Everything we tried was delicious, and they even have amazing cakes available.
