Lotus House Chinese Take Away

I was away with work in a local hotel and did not fancy paying ridiculous prices for a burger. So called here for food to take back to the room. Customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. Ordered salt and pepper chicken and spare ribs in Bbq sauce and very nice it was aswell. I will defo be returning next time I'm down here. I placed my order as soon as the restaurant opened, but when I received my food, it was clear that it had been reheated from the previous day. Some of the dishes were quite unappetizing. It's disappointing because this place used to be really good, but it no longer meets those standards. What a shame!

I always order from this takeaway. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Delivery times can be a bit long at times, but the food has never arrived cold. I highly recommend giving it a try! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
