Our pre-dinner booking at 6.30 was to have a few cocktails before we had dinner elsewhere. We had two extra guests and we were all happily accommodated in their VIP lounge at the rear of the bar. We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. The old world service was impeccable and the exquisite ambiance was a step back in time. It was like being a guest in someone's home and great attention to detail with the decor and furniture. The cocktails were delicious, beautifully made and well priced for a venue of that calibre, although the bar was a little hard to find at night as we walked past it several times and a few more little bar snacks would be good, but these are only minor things. After dinner, we decided to see if we could go back for another drink and we were welcomed back for an equally delicious night cap. We had a fun night and will definitely be back and recommend Lady Peacock to our friends. A true gem in St kilda.
