The Pyramid Bar Restaurant

First impression 10/10 clean and well presented restaurant the personal greeted us with a smile and let us immediately welcome. menu options 10/10 a lot of Italian meals and extensive beverage menu to choose too great to praise. food service 10/10 service was excellent food quality was brilliantly ordered the trio of dips with warm brot for entree and the homemade beet, spicy capsicum and hummus dips were beaten. I ordered a garlic practising parmigiana (normally no parmigiana fan). the size of the carving was huge and the topping was perfect. my wife ordered the carbonara, which was exactly the perfect portion size. sauce perfectly coated the pasta, without a pool of sauce in the bottom of the bowl. the only thing I can owe is that I don't leave enough room for the desert as I'm sure they were also top notch. we'll see you again.

My first time at this restaurant. I was blown away by the huge serving and very well presented food. Great value for money. I will definitely come back again.

Pretty disappointing experience. Food was on par with the area, but nothing special or different. Took about half an hour to get basic food despite the restaurant being about 30% capacity, and the entree came after the main. When I arrived I was scrutinised over my booking through The Fork, and asked to see the confirmation email, which is when the guy took my phone out of my hand and scrolled through the email. When it came time to pay, the same guy attempted to charge me the full amount. I asked about the 50% fork discount, he said some things on the menu were not included in the discount (which was exactly what I had ordered- not knowing and no one told me). We ordered 2 entrees 2 mains.. only 1 entree and 1 main were discounted. This place was awkward, I do not recommend, and wouldn't go back.
