This was time and money very well spent! We arrived at 12:00 am and left at 7:00pm. We were met by the chef who had been BBQing pork burgers all night. We each received an apron that we got to keep. It was a.byob fair, although we did receive wine later in the evening. We were divided into groups where each group prepared and cooked a specialty dish. Then each group served their food to each table. The tips the chef gave us on foods, preparations, how to BBQ properly were all awesome. Food was delishish and fresh. It was an absolutely fabulous time! Would highly recommend!!!
My wife has completed the 10 week fundamentals course and I did a tasting event here. It's always fun, and well organized. The decore is quite dated but the people are friendly and the food is fantastic.
Have done several of the Saturday seminars. Great value. You are put into groups to work on the various courses all morning. We make our own lunch, wine is provided by Bob, then we go home around 3 pm. You come back at 7:30 and bring a guest to enjoy a wonderful meal. The group you are with for the cooking usually gets together and brings an assortment of wine, guided by recommendations from Bob, to go with each course. A simply fabulous ecperience.
Came here to try the hot mamba based on old yelp reviews but didn't find it on the menu so unfortunately must have been cut from menu.
