Bier Markt - St. John's

Had a nice dinner with my roommates tonight. Our Blackall Formal event was an explosion! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff! The windows fled in the middle of dinner, we found that funny as some of our friends shocked. But the staff was quick to deal with the problem. We had a great time, overall! Come back here.

My husband and I went here to our jubilee, we are not a big drinker, so we were a bit careful when we were there because pairings were a big thing on the menu. But not only did we have difficulty deciding what to have, because of all the great options (which is a rarity, we can both be quite picky), the waitress has made bad recommendations and was super contrary to our taste. Our waitress and another woman who seemed to be the manager, but perhaps also the hostess regularly checked for us and to our surprise they even gave us a dessert on the house because it was our anniversary! The food was delicious, the service phenomena we definitely go back when we are in St. John's and would highly recommend!

Wow! The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We've visited many steak and date night spots around the city, and this one has truly impressed us. Our server was prompt, funny, and perfectly attentive without being intrusive. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. There was the perfect balance of pace—no feeling rushed, yet no long waits either. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I can't wait to come back!

I sat at the bar took pan-fried cod and it was good, a lot salty but I like it that way. Enjoyed to be at the bar because the bartender made me try couple beer for free and I could really enjoyed more what I ordered. Was nice to discuss about beers with somebody who enjoy that as much as you. When you want to go in a place with a lot of beers like bier markt you want somebody who can help you choose! Had a really good service. Loved that bar

Wanted to go to a different brewery for supper but they were packed, walked down the road to the bier market and what a happy accident. Upon being seated me and my girlfriend realized the nuce fresh breeze was because the windows were removed! On nice days its open ocean breeze and fantastic. The food was also wicked. Our server was very well knowledged about beer and i especially love how you could taste the beer before committing. Would recommend to a friend would deffinetly go again. The open windows were unexpected and a bit chilly but overall a great time : .
