Bier Markt - St. John's

We stopped by for a beer and wings in the afternoon and received excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning view of the harbor.

We visited this establishment twice and received a lot of advice on all aspects of Newfoundland from our wait staff. A special shout out to Nicole who provided us with expert advice but also left the restaurant 30 minutes after we left the establishment to give my wife the IPhone she left at our table. This was during a rainy night! Great

I have dined at Bier Markt a few times and absolutely enjoyed it.

Joined a couple of friends for a drink in the afternoon. Stunning view of the harbour with open air seating; the upstairs can't be beat. I'm not a big beer drinker so enjoyed a well-made gin and tonic. Snarfed back a few pretzel bites ordered by a friend -- very soft, warm and delicious. Can't go wrong coming to this place.

I expected this restaurant to be more upscale given its prime location.
