Shawarma Baraka - St. Catharines

I can't believe the appalling customer service I experienced! The staff members were incredibly disrespectful and haughty. It's as if they had no interest in doing their job at all. They refused to provide pita bread with the kabab plate, despite my willingness to pay extra for it. What a disgrace! And that middle-aged man with glasses was particularly impolite. How dare they treat customers in such a manner!

Best shawarma and falafel wraps in town. I have tried others and they were all mediocre at best. Big portions and when you ask for extra meat, yu get that indeed!

This place has the best middle eastern food in all of Niagara, totally impressed. Clean, fair prices, and the quality of food is top-notch. I wish the owner much success so that the restaurant is around for a long time! After 5 or 6 years in business, this place is still rocking with generous portions and probably the best tasting meats and sauces. The vegetables and ingredients are always fresh and now that I have introduced a handful of friends and family here, they are all regulars now. You will not be disappointed.

I go to this place regularly. It is my favourite shawarma shop in St. Catharines. The food is always fresh and consistently good. They are friendly and provide great service.

I love how they don't take too long. Plus their customer service is great especially regarding one of their employee's. Very nice gentleman I usually go with in my own bottle of water with no complaints.
