Pizza Hut - St. Catharines

We normally stop by this Pizza Hut about once a month when we get the urge for some pizza and salad. The Cesar salad is very good and the pizza always consistent. Nice knowing what you are going to get.

Pizza Hut as a company has delicious pizza, and provide their restaurants with the proper tools to provide great food. My problem with this Pizza Hut is the reflection of how little the staff care, which is the impression I got from tonight's dinner. My order was simple. Large pan pizza, double cheese, pepperoni on half. We were totally ripped off because the cheese didn't even cover the whole pizza and was cut extremely uneven, my husband ended up with these huge pieces and I had tiny little pizza fingers, and I don't eat pepperoni so I couldn't even have some of his.

We ordered online in order to save time, but still had to wait over 30 minutes after the requested time.

We saw a good offer from Pizza Hut , with a coupon ..we have been having trouble finding the right pizza place that we could enjoy our pizza.. we haven't ordered from Pizza hut for years ...too greasy.. so we did order with the coupon and when it came we were excited , but to find that the 3 toppings were not showing they were under the cheese ..and not a lot..so when I called them and asked is the pizza made different if it is a coupon ..he said noooo. I said well how come the 3 toppings was hidden and hardly anything on top ...he said everything is measured. I said you mean we would have to ask for more ,he said you would not be able to that is their way from head office ..was not enjoyable at all ...stopped ordering from there..
