Domino's Pizza - St. Catharines

We usually get their special. Pizza is always good. I find the sauce a bit spicy. Service is always friendly and fast.

Pizza and Wings at their finest. Great crust, tons of toppings to choose from, and the best chicken wings from any pizzeria in town. Pick-up or Delivery. Great specials. Beverages available for purchase.

If you want pizza, it's a good place to go. But getting pasta is forever a battle. Some days they have it, but more often than not I get a call to cancel my pasta. What's the point in having it on the menu if you aren't going to make it?The staff are the cliche "youngster without enthusiasm for the job" robots. They never convey even the remote interest of working. And they are NOTORIOUS for rolling their eyes while you're ordering. There are a couple staff that stand out. In particular, a young and petite girl with a lot of energy, and young man who is quite pale and very laid back. They are very nice to deal with and talk to. And they make you feel valued when they handle your order.I've had the chance to meet the owner of the store. He's a very hands on person. And it's clear he loves the business. It's just a shame his ethics don't rub off on his staff.

Called to order pizza, they put me on hold and just left me there till I was sick of waiting... (over 30 mins!) You must put people on hold so you don't have to do any work, seriously... I ask everyone who reads this, to pass by this place and save yourself time and go by a frozen pizza from anywhere, cook it yourself, & it will be quicker and will taste better too. I've never, ever had a good pizza from this place or any other Domino's for that matter! Pathetic, absolutely pathetic!

Worst customer service, very rude, unprofessional, 5 times they messed up the order, 4 times they put bacon on the pizza when we said no bacon and another time they over charged us on the order. they take 10 mins to answer the phone, this a disgrace to the domino's franchise.
