Cafe Garibaldi Ristorante

My mother and I have recently stopped at this restaurant for dinner. the owners were very nice and helpful when it came to receive vegan requests and everything was perfectly outlined in their separate (and delicious) vegan menu. will definitely be over here soon!

My wife and I ate here recently a late lunch, en route westward of niagara on the lake. on the separate vegan menu there is an appropriate selection, including some dishes with imitation meat (which we did not try) and some with dried nuts (which we tried). both the pasta-mit-chickpeas and the baked aubergine with tofu were very nice, although eating was not as good as in the best Italian restaurants we tried. I wouldn't have thought if I came back next time on my route, but I wouldn't go out of that to eat there.

Had a lovely evening for our first visit to this restaurant. There were 5 of us and we were a bit slow as we got caught up on life...but we never felt rushed. We all enjoyed our meals, service was friendly, and loved the wine selection...had a great 2003 Barolo. Would definitely return!

I visited the tea room (Savoy) with a group of seniors. The service was excellent. There was a good variety of teas to pick from served from elegant teapots. A wide variety of sweets, scones and delicate sandwiches complemented the tea. It was a wonderful experience for the seniors. Owners are caring people.

The Restaurant is small, intimate and well decorated. The menu is somewhat limited but there is a nice variety. The Owner/Waiter is quiet, friendly and informative. I had the medium rack of lamb which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My wife had Bison steak - both came with seasonal vegetables. Our 93 year old birthday girl had the Italian Wedding soup and stuffed homemade ravioli which she raved about. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted to celebrate a special occasion in a special way.
