Papa John's Pizza - St Catharines

Best Pizza you can have. This location went under new owners and since then their service has increased tremendously. Truly living up to their name Better Ingredients better pizza and better service. I would recommend them anytime. The staff is friendly, the owner started a conversation with me while i waited for my order. I order from them every time we are in a mood for pizza.

Why would u charge extra for normal crust (at least on Uber eats) for the Alfredo cheesy pizza and make the gluten free cost nothing, that’s really brainless. Change

You guys sold me a day old pizza. You got to be some of messed to be doing that. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all, consistent screw-ups every order, I would highly recommend ordering from the Glendale location as they actually have an idea as to what they're doing and overall this is disgusting and I will be following up.

SCAM ALERT Approximqtely 1730 hours04th November 2023 St. Catharines location.I bought my pizza as I always do on Saturday nights. I went and picked it up and the cost was 25% higher then it should have been. The clerk added on a 25% tip and told me just to tap. I noticed the price and started to question him. He said it was up to me to put a no tip on the purchase. This is wrong as it only happens when some staff are working.Words to the wise ensure you know the price after tax you are supposed to pay.

Ordered bogo 2 small butter chicken pizzas. Was the worst pizza I've had ever. Skimpy on the toppings, crust so doughy and under cooked. Wanted 2 different pizzas but was told for bogo had to b the same. Sauce was watery and just a tiny amount. Never ever will get papa johns pizza again. Don't waste your money.
