I understand restaurants are having trouble retaining staff and the fact that only 2 people appeared to be working is probably a factor here but this was still ridiculous. I waited 25 minutes for a 10 piece bucket of chicken, somehow managed to still get my order before the family who had ordered before me, and then, when we sat down to eat later, discovered that we had only received 7 pieces of chicken! And the chicken was sub-standard... skin was torn, chicken pieces were not intact, all of the pieces were small. $30 ÷ 7 way too much per piece of lousy chicken. If you feel a need to go to this location wouldn't recommend it) definitely go through the drive through. There was a steady stream of people who all got their food while those of us inside waited. Very disappointing.
Food is alright. Ordered online previous day, got there and it took way too long with multi-car line-up that was stuck for over 15 minutes. Went somewhere else, got a call 80 minutes later to pick-up. Missing sauce so they gave me another one, chicken was oily and standard. Nothing special, nothing great. But with a $5 off coupon with $5 total, I suppose it is what it is. Can't expect the best with that price and post-work hours prime time with understaffing. Food was hot at least though which was surprising.
I placed an online, pre-paid, order at 6:15 pm for pickup at 7:15 pm. I arrived at 7:05 pm. Ten minutes went by before anyone even spoke to me or acknowledged I was present and I was the person who initiated the conversation. No one asked if I had been served or even looked at me. There wasn 't even an employee at the order counter. I had to get the drive thru employee 's attention. I inquired about my order and she said, I don 't know. When I asked the next person the status of my order, I got I 'll get to it when I can. I was calm. Used polite language and didn 't even raise my voice. I only saw four people working. I understand that there is a dinner rush but clearly the drive-thru has more priority than online, PRE-PAID, orders or even the counter. Needless to say, I left exactly 20 minutes after my order was SCHEDULED to be picked up, at 7:35pm. Thankfully, my order was fresh when I finally received it. When I asked the manager for a refund I was told, you do it on the app. I don 't know how, though. I called the number and was told I could get a refund but it wouldn 't show credited with the payment method I chose for 5 business days. Twenty minutes is unacceptable to wait for a pre-scheduled order pickup. Essentially, it was an hour and twenty minutes. To be told when I get to it; is incredibly bad service. There are many more, better, alternative answers than that. The entire reason to order ahead and pre-pay is to nearly eliminate the wait. Clearly, this is not a priority at this location. Nor their customer service. These young adults represent this location very poorly. The franchise owner should reconsider their hiring practices and training methods, pay employees better or hire more staff. I will NOT ever dine at this location again.
Place is great! Super friendly person the order speaker the drive thru window. Such a nice surprise to see someone enjoying their job!! Food was decent. Mystery meat cut chicken now(killing the value). Chicken tenders are fantastic! Hours are good too!
I was told to come back in and they would remake the order for me because of problems in the order when I went back they said I already picked it up my son was at home waiting for the food and they wouldn't believe me that I had not been there have to talk to the supervisor Vicky tomorrow because apparently she's the one that signed off on it they said I emailed never even emailed. I have never in my life had this experience before outstanding. Told they would make it right and redo the order well they did the opposite. Went in today to get the order done right and shanika thel supervisor came out swinging. She shut me down when I tried to explain. So rude and not a good reflection on KFC
