Line up is not acceptable inside and outside, donut selections are choc dip, double choc and vanilla dip only.

This used to be our favorite Tim Hortons but it has really gone downhill. They stop serving anything besides drinks after 7 pm even though they only close at 11pm. 90% of the time they only have stale old fashioned plain donuts left and they don't make anything fresh or any hot foods/sandwiches for the evening rush. Its absolutely ridiculous. I understand this mentality when you are getting closer to closing time but it's unacceptable 4+ hours ahead of time.

Ordered two biscuit breakfast sandwiches and received two English muffins instead. Spoke to three people in the drive thru and explained that we received English muffins instead of what we paid for which does cost extra. The customer service wasn’t great and they seemed confused having to communicate with multiple people instead of one person. There was also pieces of egg shell in one of the breakfast sandwiches and we didn’t eat any of it afterwards. So disappointing, customer service could have been so much better. This wasn’t the first mistake and will not be returning to that location.

Super friendly staff. Love my tea! Cinnamon bun could use a tadbit more frosting, still yummy though.

I have never had good service here I go because it is convenient but never again. Bought 2 breakfasts with coffees, needed a tray, asked for it as it was behind the counter but the kid behind the counter was interested in his phone not customers. Got it myself reaching over the barrier. Terrible service always
