Smokey Bones Fire Grill - Springfield

This was my first visit to the restaurant. It was just alright. I plan on giving it another try today for a second visit. I did not receive the $10 discount or the 15% off that was advertised via text or email. I spent over $100 and did not even receive any points. I am curious to see how today's experience will be.

Our server, Lester, was amazing. He was very friendly and welcoming, and provided quick service.

The food was excellent, prices were reasonable, service was prompt, and the waiter was very professional. I will definitely be returning.

The food was good and plentiful especially the baby back ribs. We had great service (Autumn was our server) and there was a great atmosphere. It was bright enough that my mom could see, but still dim enough for a bit of ambiance. There were lots of TVs and plenty of customers, but you could easily hear your conversation. We would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great. The manager name Nikki did a table touch with me and the family and made sure everything was great. The places was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.
