Happy Sushi - Springfield

This place literally serves the best vegetable sushi I ever had. my favorite is the sweet potato tempura roll. make sure they order it without eel sauce. I don't know if the sauce actually has anal, but it smells like me. the owner and chef chef hiro, is very nice and will show them what rolls and other items that can be made vegan. the place is very small, so it would probably not be good for a big party.

My go-to sushi spot for when I'm in town. The food is always great top quality and Hiro is so nice. Eating at Happy Sushi makes my stomach happy! (This dish is Anger Management.

Good, generous cuts of fish, fresh, and well made. Was happy to find a place that holds up even against fancy big city sushi places having just moved to Springfield. Our newest go to sushi place. Still holds up, great fish (for the Midwest, but still great). Sometimes the phone doesn't work, and they'll take vacations but it's obviously a mom n pop operation so they deserve a break.

Absolutely amazing. This is, by far, the best sushi I have ever had, and surprisingly affordable. It was a very happy environment, and the people were incredibly nice and funny. The (made from scratch) food came really quickly, and the presentation was fabulous. 11/10, would recommend to sushi lovers everywhere.

This is a small, cozy restaurant with great interior and friendly staff. I was greeted and welcomed very warmly. The sushi is very good! It’s interesting to see Korean kimbap ingredients mixed with Japanese sushi ingredients. The circumference of the sushi is very wide in size compared to other sushi places. It’s very tasty! I went in to order takeout for two rolls and they had my order ready within minutes. Definitely coming back. My Order Left: Futo Maki Right: Veggie Roll
