Rally's - Springfield

Eating is good as expected. customer service, not so much. brandy must have a hard day. she was not pleasant, got our order wrong and then overload us for something sauce. she told us it was 65 and accuses us $1.05 when we asked for our acknowledgement, she gave us a random entry with a fee for 15 cash. we paid a card. all the time. If you don't like your job, you should get one more. update: thanks for coming out. I would like a better customer service because this is an important part of the return customers. I take decent customer service about convenience. I don’t know if they own the rally’s on north limestone, but my experience was always great.

This place you can say that the people who work here do not give too much about the job. the service was very slow for the amount of workers there. but of course I just go to rally’s to get her pommes that are absolutely the best. would not recommend this place.

Typical rallys hamburger and pommes. from this established south springfield on rt. 72 was also warm pommes. in the world of almost food rally usually has a better quality of food than wendy’s. together with a better price on meals than wendy’s. mcdonald’s to me does not seem to be able to compare with rally’s as the wendy’s to rally’s comparison. Previously, the amount of rally restaurants seemed to be everywhere. Today, they seem far and little between. Feel free to contact me to the quality problems with rally’s. Feedback from others keeps my taste and service quality in mind.

Obviously they only now allow delivery orders, in contrast to what the website and common sense dictates. Of course, you don't know until you try the drive-thru and have told you to go. yes, I would like to pay extra so that someone else can pick up my order because that makes sense. Nothing more offensive than being handed old product thats been re-heated in the fryer. Rally’s fries are not supposed to be lacquered cold. Most people are willing to wait for fresh fries especially when everything else on your menu is depthless.
