Campus Sub Shop Ii - Springfield

I grew up enjoying the pepperoni pizza sub from this place, but it’s been years since I last had one, and I found today’s experience quite disappointing. First, the woman preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves, which I believe is essential when handling and serving food. Additionally, the pepperoni in my sandwich had the skin on, making it unappetizing to eat; it was stringy and had a tough, almost plastic-like texture. I had to take the entire sandwich apart just to peel the skin off each slice of pepperoni. Lastly, there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich. Overall, it was a letdown, and I won’t be returning for another.

The woman who manages the restaurant (I apologize for not remembering your name) is incredibly friendly and prepares one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever tasted!

Outstanding cold and hot subs, sandwiches, and burgers. A fantastic choice for lunch that won’t break the bank.

We ordered trays of sandwiches and wraps for an office event and Campus did not disappoint! Food was fresh, delicious, delivered on time and roughly half the price of their competitors. Highly recommend.
