Black Rock Steakhouse - Springfield

Really great experience here, we enjoyed the food a lot and they are all great dishes. Beef on the rock is so special, I can cook it on the rock! I like it very much! The soup tastes good too, I love the curry chicken!

This place really surprised me. I'm glad we made a reservation because they were very busy. I ordered the New York striped steak on the rock. That was very cool! I recommend you order everything on the rock. I cooked my steak on my own lavage stone, which was heated in an 800 degree oven. One thing they need to change is the plastic cups to glass cups. They serve complementary popovers and have cloth napkins. It just seemed sticky to have those plastic cups that Coca-Cola on them. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our meals immensely!

Absolutely amazing farm to table experience! We have an act on the stone, for a very good price and the piece came so big! You have to try the stones! We were never in a place like this, so good quality food, best steak we ever had!

10/10 recommend this restaurant. Especially when you go after a beautiful place for special occasions!! It is obviously expensive compared to your average chain restaurant, but this is WORTH IT. Every penny is worth it. The steak melts in your mouth, the Bang Bang Bang Bang Bang Bang Shrimp is filled with taste, the potatoes are creamy, generous glasses of wine, everything was amazing. Shout to our waitress Kayla, who gave us a huge cake for my husband's birthday. No disc. That big deal. We'll go back and we'll bring EVERYONE.

The food was delicious. The service was great. It was really quiet-we were there for a late lunch (2PM) so we avoided the lunch and dinner crowds.
