Subway - Springfield

I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I had jalapenos on my dish, which I could not eat due to my ulcer. When I called to have the issue fixed, the customer service was not helpful. I give the food a 1 out of 5 rating.

We ordered 3 sandwich dishes for a funeral dinner. The online price was cheaper than the in-person price, but the owner, Sinjay, refused to honor it. Prawan, who works at the restaurant, also spoke to us but was very rude and inconsiderate. The staff who helped us with the order were helpful and attentive, finding us the best price for the carry-out we needed. I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

When I was taking a bath, I found a hot dog in the toilet and their salad was mediocre.

Has only ordered a foot long to find out that they do not take coupons at this place. I told them to keep it, I will never be there again!
