Toppings were minimal, the dough was really chewy and soft. It's like it was overworked. You get better pizzas and better value at Pizza Hut.
We ordered several pizzas from Bella Napoli on two separate occasions through Menulog, and both times they were significantly late (30 mins and 45mins respectively) to deliver without so much as a phone call or an apology at the door.Although the pizza did arrive hot, and were fairly nice tasting, the time taken to deliver and the cost leave it lacking against their competitors.
Looked forward to trying this new venue.Pizza ordered was disappointing on collection. Crust was soft, not crisp and topping also lacked wow factor for a Supreme. Price also disappointing as Woolworth's Brookwater sells their own bake at home pizzas with various toppings for $.6.50 and we paid $14 for our takeaway at Bella Napoli.
The owners of this restaurant are incredibly welcoming and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. However, the pizza leaves much to be desired. We ordered the supreme pizza, but found that the toppings were sparse and the dough was chewy and soft, as if it had been overworked. For a better pizza and better value, we recommend going to Pizza Hut instead.
I was excited to try out this new restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered was not very good when I picked it up. The crust was soft instead of crisp, and the toppings on the Supreme were not very impressive. Additionally, the price was a letdown compared to Woolworth's Brookwater, where you can buy bake-at-home pizzas with a variety of toppings for much less than what we paid at Bella Napoli.
