Super flavorful food and great atmosphere. The duck and catfish were both great!

Been here over 5 times since they’ve opened. The food is good, ambience is fantastic but the service is horrible. I can understand being short staffed but that’s been the case every single time we’ve been there.Despite making reservations, there is always a 15-20 min wait to get seated and then takes another 15 mins to get water and another 15 to get the menu. Servers are not attentive and had to be reminded for basic things.They need to work on their service and staffing, otherwise…they’ll shut down soon. Although the food is good, I won’t be going back due to the recurrent poor service

Fantastic food,service, and atmosphere. Some dishes can be spicy hot so ask the server so as not to be surprised. If you like hot it is perfect. Red beans and rice were best we ever had anywhere. We had 2024 Valentines day lunch. We will definitely return many times more....Parking: Near the Courthouse so parking can sometimes be a challenge for weekday during the daytime.

Best catfish, grits, and cornbread you'll ever eat (outside of New Orleans, anyway). Jambalaya was good, too, although it needed a little more tomato.
