Froyo Earth - Spokane

The flavors were slightly off. They just didn't taste quite right, especially the almond milk ones, which, as a vegan, I was pretty bummed about.

I went in tonight and loved the new pumpkin flavor! Not only that, I had great costumer service experience from a girl (I believe she said her name was Alyssa) she was asking me all about my plans for the night and was beyond sweet!

I had never been to this restaurant before, but when I went with my daughter and grandkids we found it to be excellent! I definitely plan on going back in the future.

The variety of flavors was decent, but the frozen yogurt was quite pricey.

The customer service was excellent and the overall dining experience was very pleasant. However, one criticism is that when we arrived on an unusually warm 85 degree day in May, it was clear that the air conditioning was not turned on. The restaurant was quite full and uncomfortably warm as a result.
