Very friendly waitresses. Spacious, warm atmosphere. Not expensive. Friendly hostess Summer. Clean bathroom. Good, quick cooks. Comfortable and pleasant smell.

Breath of fresh air! You can still fell comfortable drinking coffee here, the cup are warm before they pour the coffee in them so you get hot coffee. The food is made to order, even the bacon. Yup, I wish I could be a regular!

Love the food, don't love my gas SiPHONED while I'm enjoying said food. Happened 7/30/22, around 10am. Can't go back til I get a locking gas cap. Thank you Frankie's and downtown, for leaving me quarter tank shorter!!! Heads up if go to Frankie's and all the blinds closed for sun, leave! Don't stay like I did you may not have any gas left in your car.

Absolutely amazing find! We?ve seen the huge sign several times from the freeway! Today we were downtown and drove by!! Old School and wonderful! I?m sure this place has been here forever! The menu is very large but the offerings cover every option from hungry to seniors! My breakfast was delicious and perfect sized. I would give this restaurant 7 stars if it were possible! Server was great- took perfect care of our family!

OK , first of all , the service was top notch .My man , who was born raised in Spokane got a little history lesson from our adorable server . Then came that cinnamon roll , omg , so amazing . Breakfast was perfect , and their chicken fried steak is ginormous !! Highly , highly recommend !
