Mosquito Grill Wine House - Split

Enjoy the best squid we ever had on a perfect small terrace. The owner / manager recommended a bottle of Pošip to go with the squid and grilled vegetables and it was exceptional – perfectly paired, and an excellent value for the quality of the bottle. Split is lousy with moderate restaurants that overload all tourists with bad taste. This is absolutely none of these restaurants. Come here if you appreciate perfectly prepared fresh seafood; do not come here if you prefer to eat pasta with canned mussels from a tub.

Amazing food! We had Monk fish medals wrapped in bacon and vegetarian plate. Just delicious. Great service and beautiful place in the center of the old town. Home made gnocchi wih smoked ham truffles are absolutely amazing!

Delicious mussels, and the house made Pasticada is amazingly delicate with the savory sauce with homemade gnocchi is so delicious! The service was impeccable with attention to the smallest details so that you feel at home! Come on!

The amazing place in the heart of Diocletian palace. If posible to give 5+star I would give. The chief cook is the real profesional. The service is amazing. The owner Dino was very positive and take care about small details. The food was delicious and the red vine was amazing. The price is cheap for this kind of service. Thank you for beautiful diner and amazing night.
