Chipotle Mexican Grill - Spartanburg

Many healthy choices the staff were so nice, helpful most of all cheerful !

So the coolest thing just happened ... I stopped to get lunch before my next appt and there was an officer in front of me. I asked the guy who took my order if he would take my card and pay ahead for the , I told him it wasn't important for him to know who did it just tell him thank you for his service. I got to the register to pay for both meals and they told me that not only his meal was taken care of but mine was as well. Amazing ... I guess kindness is contagious! Thank you Chipotle!!!

I have never ever got a burrito from chipotle, which I don't like literally the most unpacked person in the world and I love this place. but let me tell them ethereal, the workers do not care, or the cook did not know what they did so badly. I order exactly the same from the east main road and this one east capital is so much better. Maybe hire workers who want to work and not those who make shortcuts especially with means of living

I get it good workers are hard to find. No body wants to work on the food industry anymore. The line was out the door. The people working were doing the bare minimum. Some were on there phone and others had Attitudes. When asked for stake the young lady turned around and looked at the grill and said it would be awhile. We then said we 'll go with the chicken. Right when she scooped the chicken into the bowl someone said stake was done. The service was not good at all. There was no customer service. It didn 't seem like any Chipotle I have visited before. We did get our food to-go. When we got home and started to eat we noticed the sour cream had a really bad taste to it . It was so bad that we couldn 't eat it anymore. We both only had maybe 3 to 4 bites before noticing the bad sour cream. I don 't think we will be visiting this location anymore unless the get better management.

Came here on a week night at 8:30, there was no wait and only 2 other guest in the restaurant. The restaurant was a mess; dirty doors, dirty floor, full trash cans and food all over serving area. The utensil holder had some dirty liquid in the bottom with forks in it, we asked for new forks. The 2 females running the counter acted annoyed by having to fix our meals. My boyfriend asked for corn and she said they were out, so he asked for the little bit left in the container and she jerked up the container and dumped the corn and all the juice in the bottom on his rice bowl. Then she brings out a brand new full thing of corn when we checkout. Terrible service and dirty restaurant.
