El Rosal Tortilla Factory - Sparks

I go out of my way on a regular basis to pick up batches of corn tortillas from El Rosal because they're just that good. For $2.50 you get a huge stack of fresh tortillas that are ten times better than anything you'd get from a standard grocery. I'm looking forward to trying their deli sometime soon too!

I like El Rosal for lunch. Lunch is good and hot. They used to have chips out for customers I miss that. Also, I liked the young man that used to work the counter. I'm told he's been promoted.

This is real authentic cafeteria still Mexican food, great tortillas. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Not a bad place! Made an order for our work lunch, came out to about $146 for 9lbs of meat, chicken, carné asada, and pork with tortillas and sauce. The meat was very well done, full of flavor, and moist. Everyone definitely enjoyed the meat. The only thing was they don't serve cheese, so we had to grab that elsewhere. Other than that it was perfect. Will definitely be coming back here.

Always stop by and grab tortillas, carnitas and spices when I'm in town. Great products and prices!
