Taco Casa - Southlake

They are so inconsistent on how they make your order one time it's good and the next 3 Times it's wrong. When I get home . It's like today I stopped to get a meat burrito and asked for extra cheese and was charged for it and there was less than there is on a normal order:. Very frustrated with this place I don't like getting charged for something you don't get.

We were hoping to dine in at this location but we noticed that the lady at the register walked towards the dining area and did not wipe any tables after 3 people left and there were at least 3 designated tables to eat at but the 3 guys were all at 1 so I'm not sure why the other tables weren't wiped down so I kindly asked if there were going to wipe the tables so we can dine in and the lady says they just left but why weren't the other two tables cleaned off prior. It should be cleaned and sanitized as soon as customers leave due to the pandemic but it seems like for the lady its the last thing on her list of priorities. She actually told me I could have it to-go. Um I was with my family hoping to eat at a table since dine-in is open but I guess she doesn't want anyone to dine in for some reason. If I had an employee running out my customers like she did us I wouldn't be too happy. I didn't get her name but I sure can point her out. I've been typing this in and still the tables have not been wiped down and nothing has been swept. Horrible experience to come here if she is not corrected about this. We love taco casa and had to go to a different location because of this.

Not only did this location forget part of my $35 order, when I called about it they called me a liar as if I were trying to scam them out of $6 worth of food. Clearly needs new management and procedures. Check your order before you drive off because they aren't going to give you anything that's missing.

I?m a big Taco Casa fan, usually at at a location weekly. The food is as expected at this location, but they randomly close early and do not honor Taco Tuesday.

Warning do not go there they do not have Taco Tuesday or honor any discount and the people are stuck up Mexicans I'm Mexican and I don't treat other people like they do. I can't not believe the Taco Casa allows them to raise the prices or charge so much, just go down the highway, there is another Taco Casa. Less expensive, the people are friendly and very nice.
