I haven 't been to a Subway in years, and most have poor ratings for good reason- mostly the employees. But I just had a terrific experience!I really came here for the business next door, but was hungry for lunch. So I decided to get a sandwich. I was pleasantly greeted by Katina when I entered and acknowledged, though she was helping another customer. After taking care with the customer ahead of me, Katina was really helpful as I decided to stray from my Subway usual Subway Club. I ended up getting the Philly with Baja Chipotle. There 's no comparison to an actual Philly Cheesesteak, but this was a very tasty sandwich. Katina made the experience, though. You bet I tipped!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Subway. They refused to make my online order even though it was in the system and I had a receipt. Patty there was unprofessional, rude, and cost this store a customer. It's amazing how much customer service has fallen that people like Patty still get jobs when they treat customers like they do. I ordered here once a week, but luckily there is a Subway just 2 minutes further from my office. It will be worth the drive. It will also be worth going to Jersey Mike's, Schlotzsky's, Chick Fil A, and other Subway competitors nearby that treat their customers with respect.
Food was good. 1 lady working. Could tell she was stressed.
I had a horrible experience at this location. The Hispanic lady is extremely rude and made my sandwich as if I was bothering her. Subway needs to get positive people as their employees. If she is this unhappy at her job she needs to leave.
