Pei Wei Asian Diner - Southlake

The service at this Pei Wei is truly impressive! I was dining in when they mistakenly gave my order to another customer, resulting in a 30-minute wait for my lunch. However, they quickly acknowledged their error and took immediate steps to rectify the situation. They refunded my money, provided my meal for free, and even included an extra meal to take home! I was genuinely impressed by their outstanding customer service. This is how to treat customers well—top-notch all the way!

I stopped by to pick up dinner and ordered the honey seared shrimp, but unfortunately, you were completely out of shrimp. That was really disappointing.

My husband and I are both big fans of Pei Wei. He loves the chicken pad Thai, while I can't get enough of the Mongolian beef! We also can't resist the pork egg rolls with the red chili sauce; they're a must-have for us. The staff at the Southlake location is incredibly friendly, and the cooks consistently strive to please. It's impressive to watch them skillfully manage multiple tasks while preparing meals, especially while we wait for our to-go order. We can't wait for our next dinner at Pei Wei!

My husband picked up a order of honey chicken and sesame chicken yesterday and they were delicious! We've ordered for years and yesterday's was the best we've had! Good job..really enjoyed our meals!
