We had our best weekend getaway in years. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were wonderfully attentive everywhere we went. It was definitely worth paying extra for access to the Crystal Club, as the food they offer is exceptional. The evening canapés were absolutely delicious each night. The afternoon tea is served in a luxurious High Tea style, making it a truly special experience.

The hotel is very comfortable, with great bedding, cozy loungers, and attentive housekeeping. The guest service is excellent, and I appreciated the use of iPads for various services. The facilities and staff are all wonderful. Room service for food is generous and delicious. My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet is only available for one hour, and I didn't have the opportunity to try the dinner buffet.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. Considering its premium prices, I expected at least decent food and service, but what I experienced fell short of that.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything went smoothly, from check-in to parking, and the location was perfect for accessing all the downtown attractions, food, and more. The entire staff was incredibly courteous, respectful, and efficient. There’s a Woolworths nearby, which was convenient. We ordered room service for breakfast on two mornings, and the service was outstanding! I would highly recommend this place!

This Chinese restaurant near The Crown Casino in Melbourne was fantastic. The decor was beautiful, and while it's quite pricey, my friends who live in the area say it's worth it.
