El Pollo Loco - South Pasadena

The worst experience ever. The hours to close were at 10 a.m. and at 8 p.m. they had no chicken and they told us to hurry, bc they would close at 9 a.m. They had only Burrito tostadas. But someone called and asked if they could order in the tha app and they came to get there and they had chickens for them. Do not go there the place was dirty omg I can continue writing this review, but it just makes me so crazy and disappointed about this place.

I like the taste of the food at most locations but this one isn't up to par as other locations. The chicken is either cooked to long or sits around to long because the last 2 times I've had really dry chicken. Then when I ordered rice and beans I got a cup full of bean juice and only 2 beans in the container.

Went to order food 3 bowls and a 2pc white meal the manager said it would take 20min until the breast would be finished but in the main time they made the 3 bowls and left it on the counter which was stupid because I still had to wait 20min for the breast so common sense would have been for her to wait on the 3 bowls until the breast where ready and all she did the manager was just argued me me location was in south Pasadena ca.manager needs more training

El Pollo Loco, is great value. This El Pollo Loco in particular is always consistent, always friendly, always clean, I mean what else could you want. In general, I find that the reward system offered by El Pollo Loco is unparalleled to other fast food eateries, along with the fact that you have healthier choices. Another perk of this particular location is in general there is ample parking. Don't forget you have a parking lot in the back as well as the front. Good food and total value. I think my Grande Avocado chicken dish could have used a bit more chicken to balance the rice
