Pizza Express - South Oxfordshire

I feels very bad customer service at this restaurant. It’s takes ages to take order and when we ask about the bill they don’t even give any response for a while as the restaurant was not too busy at that moment. K feel it as a really bad experience. We arrived at the restaurant and waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged, while the waitress stood next to us on her phone. A man, who turned out to be another waiter or manager, pushed my boyfriend out of the way to put menus on the table. When we asked if there was a table available, he said no and walked away. When he returned, we asked how long the wait would be, and he shrugged and said maybe 15 to 30 minutes. Five minutes later, he gestured towards a table covered in half empty drinks and used napkins, telling us to sit there. We decided to leave and went to KFC instead. I have never experienced anything like it before. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
