Mcdonald's - South Lake Tahoe

It was a good experience at McDonald's, as always. We went through the drive-thru and didn't have to wait long. Our breakfast was hot and tasty. Overall, we enjoyed our meal.

Don't bother visiting this restaurant unless you want to waste time waiting 20 minutes just to be served, like other customers who come in after you.

The customer service at this restaurant is poor and the employees are very rude, especially the one with the big hoop earring who was particularly unhelpful. I ordered a hot coffee and made it clear that I wanted it fresh, even if it meant waiting a bit longer. However, I was given a very cold coffee and when I mentioned that it wasn't fresh, the employee argued with me instead of addressing the issue. I ended up going to McDonald's where a very nice lady made me a fresh coffee, highlighting the vast difference between a freshly made drink and one that has been sitting around for a while.

So mcdonald used to be so good....what happened? they do not take the mcdonald app coupons.

They forgot to put our frys in the bag! My girlfriend and I were so disappointed on our drive home.
