McDonald's - SOUTH HURSTVILLE

The food is conveniently stored in a transport container in the parking lot. We had to wait 20 minutes for our Big Mac shake.

I'm not sure why, but this franchise has really gone downhill. I went through the drive-thru tonight and when I got to the pay window, there was no one there initially. After I asked what they needed, the employee realized the screen was empty and corrected it. I paid with my card, and again the employee didn't say anything or thank me. I had to ask if the transaction was completed. When I got my order, I only received 2 out of 3 items - missing my large fries and receiving a cold cheeseburger.

The meal I ordered was very soggy and stale, so I requested a replacement. Not only did they promptly provide a fresh new meal, but they also threw in a free large order of delicious fries. Their customer service was excellent.

Mcdonalds south hurstville is a sweat, the owners of this so-called restaurant must trade there together, it is not a difficult task to get the order right. these companies are goldmine and eating is far from cheap. null of 10.

My husband had lunch on his way from work to the next meeting he had and left his wallet hours later he had called back and someone had handed in his wallet.
