However, after going there about a dozen times, I’ve noticed that my drink or sandwich has been incorrect about half the time. I think today will be my last visit to Biggby.
The experience was frustrating as we found ourselves waiting in the driveway for an astonishing 28 minutes just to move four cars to reach the order phone. When we finally got to talk to the girl at the counter, she thanked us for our patience, but honestly, we won't be returning. After waiting for five minutes, we were still asking ourselves what we wanted. It's just coffee! You know what coffee is. It felt like we could have ordered a cup of coffee on Amazon and received it faster than the service we got here. Unless you have absolutely no plans, I'd recommend steering clear of this place.
I'm not quite sure what all the excitement is about. To me, the latte tasted like the kind you would get from a vending machine at a gas station. If someone enjoys sweet, sugar-laden lattes, then this might be the right place for them. The drink sizes were also quite large, with the medium being 20 ounces, so if you're looking for a good value, this might fit the bill. Everyone has their own coffee preferences, so I wouldn't say it was bad—just not to my taste.
New filiale looks good, but is so badly designed, because no access to parks that force them to use laufwerk thru. 20 minutes to get 2 ice cream over the drive thru.
The coffee is decent but the staff at the front window need additional training. I've had simple questions like which drink is what when I had a 4 orders... staff said im not sure sorry and wanted me to just drive off with that answer. Also another time I tried scanning my points and they said they didn't know how to scan it and acted like they weren't going to resolve the problem or learn how to scan, they just wanted me to say ok and drive off. I think there could be a little bit more effort to complete things like this, because when you just apologize and offer no solution... customers don't want to return.
