Biggby Coffee - South Haven

New filiale looks good, but is so badly designed, because no access to parks that force them to use laufwerk thru. 20 minutes to get 2 ice cream over the drive thru.

The coffee is decent but the staff at the front window need additional training. I've had simple questions like which drink is what when I had a 4 orders... staff said im not sure sorry and wanted me to just drive off with that answer. Also another time I tried scanning my points and they said they didn't know how to scan it and acted like they weren't going to resolve the problem or learn how to scan, they just wanted me to say ok and drive off. I think there could be a little bit more effort to complete things like this, because when you just apologize and offer no solution... customers don't want to return.

Horrible. Please bring us a Starbucks! They constantly get the price of your drink wrong. I have a milk allergy and they always put whip cream on it when I ask them not to and then they just wipe it off the top. Oh thanks, I hope I don’t get a stomach ache. There is always coffee grounds on the bottom of my drink. Now, I have noticed that they ask you if you want to tip on the card at Coloma and South Haven. 1st of all, you don’t deserve a tip when you can never make the drink right and 2nd, why are you putting people on the spot like that? If I want to tip, I will make sure I tip. Will not be back and I do not recommend unless they make some changes.

Visited Michigan from Chicago and was recommended to visit biggby coffee. We went there for a drink and breakfast and everything was very good. The people there were super nice even recommended a dinner place which also turned out amazing.

Let's talk about the positives, drink was hot and it was in fact 24 oz. The negatives, don't have time. I will be avoiding this location like the Rona. Take care.
