Sonic Drive-in - South Greensburg

This location is hit or miss. Always seems to be something broken or out of. Went to the drive thru and was told their system was down and to use the app. What I wanted wasn't in the app. Off to chick fila I went. Always something with this location

Pulled into stall, pushed order button and got no response. Drove to drive through and also had slow service. No receipt provided. Wrong sandwich received. Choose not to order anything else. Will only go back, if down in Jacksonville, NC.No more PA serviceless Sonics.

My onion rings were nothing but grease...the chicken was old and cold...and the best part was after the lady at the drive in told me to wait a few mins ..I said that 's fine I wanna look at the menu...5 mins later I said I am ready when you are in case you are waiting for me to decide...and she says and I quote maam..I need you to be patient please ..I think waiting 5 mins in a drive thru is beyond patient...I wont be going back there!!

I used to frequently have lunch here, this time staff was so rude. They gave wrong order then stated that's what we ordered. Had 4 drinks but only gave us 2 straws. When we asked for more straws, stated we gave you straws in your bag. I will not be going to a Sonic drive in again. Not worth it!

Food at any Sonic is on the slow side because your order is always cooked fresh. It is more like going to a restaurant and eating in your car and not really a fast food joint. With that in mind, food is always great here and service is friendly.
