My husband just went and bought a grilled chicken sandwich, maybe 30 minutes ago, and the gentleman who helped at the counter was very rude my husband asked for something ketchup and he threw it in the pocket instead of handing it over to his hand, as my husband had his hand out... even an employee noticed his attitude

Management does not work with customers. Straws are never available, then ask the manger and she gets a setting. Eating is good. The service is bad?

There's no one to clean at this point. I had to wipe my table. They didn't have the straws out. You have to ask for them. The order here are touchscreens dirty. I wouldn't touch her. I'd understand if it was busy, but it's not. What a shame; I liked to come to this place. Maybe it's under new management.

Loved it was the first time here. And I will definitely be back. Larissa and Ximena. They were the best they gave my mom another chicken bites because it was small. Wonderful customer service from the whole crew they deserve a raise
