Steak Escape - South Charleston

Pretty good, my first visit to this place. I love the French fries, hot and fresh. I ordered a Philly Steak with only meat and three cheeses and when it arrived, it had green pepper and onions. I returned the order, the manager was quick to apologize and had me a hot and fresh sand that was in no time. The staff was friendly.

The manager was mad because I asked that our food was restored after 2 hours. The online order select a time (our was 7:30) but they did the food at 5:30. The food was good, but the service was terrible.

My favorite U place here in Charleston. Beautiful and fresh, and they are always ready to adapt your order in a friendly way. Oh! And be careful! These pommes are addicted!!

Great fast service and as always our lunch was delicious. Their staff was very friendly. Good place to eat.
