O'charley's Restaurant Bar

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The waitress was unhelpful; it took 20 minutes just to get a simple request fulfilled. I ordered a chopped steak, and what I received was basically a flavorless hamburger with gritty, salty bits. After just two bites, I decided to send it back. The manager approached us and offered me a hamburger, which was quite baffling. To top it off, I was handed a bill for $3.20 for a drink I never even ordered. I inquired with the manager about the long wait time, and eventually, our waitress returned to say not to worry about the drink charge. Overall, a frustrating experience.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The host wouldn't allow us to sit at the bar, claiming that the bartender had just started her shift and needed a break. As a result, we ended up at a dirty table. Our waiter, VJ, was excellent—attentive and friendly. However, the food was stale and unappetizing, and the presentation was messy and unappealing. I won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I ordered $61 worth of food, and it arrived over an hour and 40 minutes late—not the fault of the Uber driver. The two baked potatoes were completely uncooked; I couldn't even put a fork in them. Items that were supposed to be hot were cold, and the cold items were warm. It's been 10 years since I last dined at O'Charley's, and it looks like it will be another 10 years before I consider trying them again after such a disappointing experience. However, I did want to mention that after speaking with the manager, Tom, and sharing my concerns, my opinion improved from one star to four stars. He was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues I raised. I’ll give O'Charley's another chance and will provide an update after my next visit.

The food was good! There was little waiting time and my server was excellent! I recommend getting a $4 Margarita! The bartender definitely did a fantastic job. Come on!

First and last time trying this place. Was greeted by our waitress who reeked of cigarette smoke. Ordered an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip. Was told it was ?coming out now? just to be told a minute later they were out of it. Waitress comes back to say that they just made some up and asked if we still wanted some. I said no since our food should have been out any minute, yet she misunderstood and brought it out anyways. Asked for salsa-extra salsa, and I get a tiny cup. Ordered the Fish and Chips which says on the description ? a GENEROUS portion of hand battered fish? and this is what I received. Table in front of us had issues as well and had to get the manager involved.
