It should be extra crispy. It doesn’t look great, even if they claim it’s authentic.
The chicken tenders are great, but the hot sauce is a bit too greasy for my taste. I made some fresh fries, which were delicious. Overall, everything was good, except for the oiliness.
The lobby was closed. I sat and waited 20 minutes for my food from the drive-thru. I had the new chicken sandwich and it was fresh and hot, but bland. My daughter loved the strips.
Food was delicious and was actually warm when I got it home.
